We purchased expensive front row center seats for Coco movie with live orchestra. This facility didn’t indicate these were seats with obstructed view. Could not see the characters or the subtitles. See the photo below, this was our view, the people next to us left during intermission.
I wrote the theatre and never received any kind of reply. Tells me what kind of folks run this operation.
Nice concert hall, great sound effect even high in the back of high level
Saw Seth MacFarlane & Liz Gilles's Christmas Show. Had a great time. The theater was great and the staff was extremely helpful!
First class facility with wonderful staff. Still checking COVID vaccinations at the door. Great sound. Parking is so easy. With all the new residents in the valley it probably needs to be expanded to bring in more acts but we still enjoyed the smaller intimate setting.
The staff were kind, except for a bartender who wouldn't give this 78 yr. old a glass of ice water. Just a plastic glass and directions to the water fountain. Water tasted terrible. Was lukewarm. I finally bought a 12 dollar bottle of chilled water. Otherwise the night was magical. Les Miserables was the show. Sounds, sets, actors, orchestra were top quality.
The most beautiful environment. The box seats were incredible, especially at the price point. The hospitality was amazing, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Extremely Covid conscious. Easy parking. We saw an intimate night with David Foster and were floored by not only the talent, show, crowd engagement and music, but the lighting, sound and overall production quality. If you can see anything here, do it. Could not recommend more.
I watch the comedy show it was very nice especially up in the balcony.
My first time at this venue and very dissatisfied. They did not give me the ticket location I ordered my tickets. They did not allow me to bring my water bottle inside even when told them for medical reasons I can not get dehydrated. There is not a venue in Southern California that does this. Staff act like old volunteers who are very unprofessional. The venue itself of the show staging was beautiful and of quality expect seeing shows nearly every weekend in OC LA or San Diego. So was not lacking in quality of the talent. Parking is a bit odd as is here and there multiple doors and lack of sufficient staff to help crowds. Seemed like a good old boy club of retirees who only treat those they know from Palm Springs well. I would not recommend this venue.
